Westport Fine Arts Festival celebrates its 51st Anniversary! This festival is notable a highlight for collectors and residents from the Tri-State region, New England, and beyond. Our nationally recognized, juried festival features a premier roster of regional, national, and international fine artists exhibiting in a variety of media categories - including painting, photography, sculpture, fiber, printmaking, mixed media, glass, ceramics, jewelry, wood, graphics, and printmaking. All artwork is available for purchase in a variety of price ranges, subject matter, and styles. 

This art festival is free to the public, and there will be on-site food vending, live music, and hands-on art projects and demonstrations for children and adults.

The Farmhouse Project first holiday market of 2023 scheduled for Veterans Day weekend in charming Downtown Callicoon. The market will take place in two locations: the Delaware Youth Center, which over six decades has served as both a roller rink and a dance hall, and the Callicoon Apple Barn, a beautiful event space built in 1902.

The Farmhouse Project Makers Market is a modern interpretation of the traditional craft fair, with carefully curated artisans from studios and workshops throughout the region showcasing and selling their goods.

More than 130 Artists and Crafters will line the area representing 23 U.S. States, Visitors can shop and browse among the art and craft exhibits showcasing and exceptionally wide selection of contemporary arts and crafts, from functional to decorative.

This festival also features performing arts. A full schedule of free continuous entertainment will include street performances by musicians, costumed ethnic dance groups, and local singers/songwriters

Food vendors will be on-site to sever a diverse mix of summer favorites.

Family activities: Families play a big role in the event’s success, and participatory activities are offered with them in mind. Interactive projects allow young visitors opportunities to create their own works of art.

A community Festival: Area businesses particpate by holding open houses and other actives, including, family-friendly art activities and a popular sidewalk art competition, Chalk Jam. Several of these activities are presented with the Everson Museum of Art, the Onondaga Historical Association and the YMCA. the Syracuse Arts and Crafts Festival runs concurrently with the Northeast Jazz & Wine Festival in Clinton Square. Thousands of visitors will attend both events, making this the signature cultural event of the summer in Syracuse.
